Application crash via unchecked sequence-header length

Out-of-bounds read in GStreamer gst-plugins-good before 1.24.10 allows local users to crash an application with a crafted MP4 file. In qtdemux_parse_svq3_stsd_data, the FOURCC_SMI_ branch trusts the file's seqh_size and passes it to gst_buffer_fill beyond the remaining data. Processing the file can copy up to 4 GB from process memory or trigger a segmentation fault; no write primitive is reported.
