Incorrect privilege assignment in SAP Host Agent 7.22 allows local users in the sapsys group to replace privileged files. The Host Agent performs insecure local file operations that accept replacements for files normally protected by privileged access; SAP has not named the responsible function. Membership in sapsys is required, and successful exploitation exposes or alters application data without interrupting service.
