Author-level stored XSS via unsanitized SVG uploads

Stored XSS in Mime Types Extended 0.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through uploaded SVG files. The plugin permits SVG media uploads without sanitizing embedded script content, so the payload remains in the uploaded file and runs when accessed. An administrator must first enable SVG uploads, and Author-level access is sufficient to store a payload that executes when another user opens the SVG.
