Privileged command execution via ssmctl-client input injection

Command injection in Siemens SINEC Security Monitor before 4.9.0 allows local users to execute privileged commands via ssmctl-client. The ssmctl-client command fails to neutralize special elements in user input before passing that input into privileged command processing. A low-privilege authenticated account on the appliance is required, and successful exploitation yields command execution with elevated system privileges.
