CVE-2024-47557

Pre-authentication RCE via improper path restriction

Published Oct 7, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2024

Path traversal in Xerox FreeFlow Core 7.0.x before 7.0.11 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code without authentication. The published record identifies improper restriction of attacker-supplied pathnames but does not disclose the affected endpoint, file operation, or traversal sequence. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access, needs no user interaction, and can execute code in the FreeFlow Core server context.
