Remote code execution via unrestricted Raft deserialization

Deserialization in Apache Seata Server 2.0.0 through 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through Raft sync messages. RaftSyncMessageSerializer.decode passes attacker-controlled bytes to ObjectInputStream.readObject without restricting resolvable classes. The path is limited to optional, non-default Raft cluster mode and requires unauthorized internal-network access; exploitation runs code in the server process.
