Authenticated self-XSS via unescaped real-name rendering

Stored XSS in StarCitizen.tools Citizen 2.6.3 through versions before 2.31.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in their own browser. CitizenComponentUserInfo::getUserPage inserts the saved real name directly into an HTML span without encoding metacharacters. Exploitation requires permission to change the account's real name, and the payload executes only in the same user's browser context.
