Unauthenticated server control via error-value password

Improper authentication in Cobbler 3.0.0 through 3.2.2 and 3.3.0 through 3.3.6 allows remote attackers to gain full server control. The utils.get_shared_secret function opens web.ss in binary mode while specifying text encoding, catches the resulting exception, and returns -1 as the accepted shared-secret password. Network access to the XML-RPC endpoint is sufficient to obtain an administrative token and read, alter, or interrupt server-managed resources.
