Published Jul 12, 2024 · Updated Nov 17, 2024
Stored XSS in WPExperts WP Secure Maintenance before 1.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted setting. The Label For Submit Button setting accepts an HTML event-handler payload without sanitization and renders it unescaped in the maintenance form. Administrator access is required to store the payload, and a visitor must load the affected form before browser-accessible data or actions are exposed.
