Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 24.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via a device hostname. The Device Dependencies formatter concatenates the unneutralized row.hostname value into button attributes and link markup rendered as HTML. Exploitation requires device-creation access and a second user to open the page, enabling theft of non-HttpOnly cookies or actions in that user's session.
