Session compromise via unescaped alert transport details

Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 24.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in other users' sessions through alert details. The alert-transport list passes displayDetails() through nl2br() and appends it directly to HTML without entity encoding, so stored fields become executable markup. An authenticated user with alert-transport creation access must save a crafted Details value, and another user must view or process the transport for session-context actions.
