Administrator takeover via archived symlink targets

Symlink following in Pagure 5.14.1 allows remote authenticated users to disclose local files through repository archive generation. generate_archive() dereferences repository symlinks and places each target's contents in the ZIP instead of storing the link itself. Repository write access is required; disclosed server secrets permit forged administrator sessions and takeover of the Pagure instance.
