Downstream route integrity loss via zero-ASN propagation

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved rpd allows remote attackers to propagate invalid BGP data. The daemon accepts a BGP update whose aggregator attribute carries ASN 0 and propagates that invalid attribute instead of rejecting it. Exposure requires a configured BGP neighbor, and the resulting invalid route information reaches downstream peers rather than altering the sending device.
