PFE restart via ATP inspection deadlock

Deadlock in the Junos OS PFE on SRX Series devices allows remote attackers to crash and restart the PFE through ATP Cloud inspection. The packet-forwarding engine can deadlock while ATP Cloud inspection processes a large traffic volume, forcing the PFE to crash and restart. Exploitation requires ATP Cloud inspection and timing outside the attacker's control; the reported consequence is a transient forwarding interruption.
