Flowd crash via malformed packet validation

Improper input validation in Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX5000 Series allows remote attackers to crash and restart flowd via a malformed packet. The packet forwarding engine fails to reject a specifically malformed network packet, causing flowd to terminate and automatically restart. Only non-clustered SRX5000 devices are exposed; the crash temporarily interrupts packet forwarding without reported data disclosure or modification.
