Traffic interruption via unenforced MAC learning limits

Unimplemented CLI controls in affected Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved releases allow adjacent attackers to interrupt traffic. The CLI accepts MAC learning and move limit statements on QFX5000 Series devices, but the configured limits do not take effect. An unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent network can drive excessive MAC learning or moves, overload the control plane, and severely impair legitimate traffic processing.
