FPC crash via AgentD sensor reaping race

A TOCTOU race in AgentD in Juniper Networks Junos OS allows remote attackers to crash and automatically restart an FPC. During telemetry polling, AgentD can reap a sensor that session-driven counter changes have already destroyed, corrupting memory. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation requires established sessions undergoing counter changes; forwarding recovers automatically after the FPC restarts.
