Script execution via crafted page data
Published Oct 18, 2024 · Updated Nov 21, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Hikvision HikCentral Master Lite 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via crafted data. Hikvision has not identified the affected pages, input fields, or the missing validation or output-encoding operation that admits the data. Exploitation requires an attacker-controlled condition and active user interaction; the script runs in the application origin and can expose or alter limited session-accessible data.
