Out-of-bounds write in Adobe Substance 3D Painter 10.1.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a malicious file. Adobe identifies the defect as an out-of-bounds write during malicious-file processing but has not disclosed the affected parser or unchecked memory operation. Exploitation requires a victim to open the file, after which code runs with the privileges of the current user.
