Untrusted search path handling in Adobe FrameMaker 2020.6 and earlier and 2022.4 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The application accepts an attacker-inserted path in its search directories and executes code found through that path without establishing trust. Exploitation requires user interaction and runs the code with the current user's permissions, exposing that user's data and application access.
