Code execution via crafted-file out-of-bounds read
Published Oct 9, 2024 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe FrameMaker 2020.6 and earlier and 2022.4 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a crafted file. The affected file parser reads past the end of an allocated memory structure while processing attacker-controlled file content. A victim must open the malicious file, after which code executes with the victim's current-user privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
