Sensitive memory disclosure via out-of-bounds read
Published Oct 9, 2024 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Animate 23.0.7 and earlier and 24.0.4 and earlier allows attackers to read sensitive process memory. Adobe has not disclosed the affected file parser, malformed field, or missing bounds check behind the out-of-bounds access. Exploitation requires a local user to open a malicious file, and the resulting disclosure can expose memory useful for bypassing ASLR.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
