Race condition in the VAPIX param.cgi API in Axis Communications AB AXIS OS 6.50 through 12.2 allows remote attackers to block its web interface. Axis has not published the concurrent request sequence or improper input-type validation in param.cgi that causes the race. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting service interruption is limited to the web interface; other API endpoints and services remain available.
