Authenticated browser script execution via unneutralized f_name
Published May 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in /admin/client_user in Legal Case Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via f_name. The /admin/client_user handler places f_name in generated HTML without neutralizing executable markup before the page is rendered. A victim must view the affected page, after which the injected script can alter content in that browser session; no server-side execution is reported.
