Browser script execution via unvalidated pagination query
Published Sep 23, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025
Cross-site scripting in iRedAdmin before 2.6 allows remote attackers to execute script in an administrator's browser via order_name. The LDAP and SQL user-list templates append the raw query string to pagination links, placing an unvalidated order_name value into generated HTML. An administrator must open the crafted request; the script then runs in the iRedAdmin origin and can read or alter data available in that session.
