Stored XSS via unsanitized top-banner rendering

Stored XSS in NetBox 4.1.0 Configuration History allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the top-banner field. The Add action at /core/config-revisions/ stores arbitrary JavaScript or HTML in Top banner and renders it in other users' browsers. Authenticated configuration access and a victim viewing the banner are required; the claim is disputed because the field intentionally accepts unsanitized HTML.
