Denial of service via unbounded preview-header retries

Denial of service in Snowplow Snowbridge allows remote attackers to degrade GTM server-side forwarding via a crafted preview header. Snowbridge attaches an invalid GTM SS preview header to an event and retries the failed delivery indefinitely instead of expiring or filtering the event. Unauthenticated event submission is sufficient to accumulate retry work that reduces throughput and increases latency.
