Unauthenticated service hang via malicious API payload
Published Apr 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 7, 2025
Denial of service in Snowplow Iglu Server 0.13.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang the server via a malicious API payload. The vendor states that the payload differs from the separately reported large-payload case but has not disclosed the affected endpoint, payload structure, or faulty processing operation. No authentication or user interaction is required; a successful request leaves the schema service unavailable and can eventually halt pipeline event processing.
