Device crash via unaligned RPL option read

Denial of service in Contiki-NG 4.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash devices with a malformed IPv6 RPL option. The rpl_ext_header_hbh_update function reads a 16-bit value from an odd address when odd-length padding precedes the RPL option. Exploitation requires either RPL implementation to be enabled and joined to an RPL instance; the resulting crash is architecture-dependent.
