Script injection via unneutralized exam name
Published May 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Complete Web-Based School Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via an exam name. The /model/update_exam.php handler incorporates the name parameter into generated web content without neutralizing executable markup. An authenticated request can alter page content, and script execution occurs when the affected output is rendered in a user browser.
