Unauthenticated file disclosure via unprotected scripts directory

Information disclosure in IBM Jazz for Service Management 1.1.3 through 1.1.3.22 allows remote attackers to read files without authentication. The /ibm/console/scripts directory lacks access protection, so HTTP requests can retrieve its files before login. Exposure is limited to files reachable in that directory; sensitive contents can supply information for further attacks against the server.
