CVE-2024-47093Network attack vector

Script execution and RCE via unvalidated content

Published Dec 19, 2024 · Updated Nov 3, 2025

Cross-site scripting and server-side code execution in NagVis before 1.9.42 allow remote attackers to run crafted content. The std_table.php gadget emits state-derived values without HTML encoding, while ViewManageMaps.php installs uploaded map files without first validating their contents. Browser execution requires a victim to render attacker-controlled output; map-import access enables a malicious authorization map to execute server-side code.
