Improper authentication attempt restriction in Apex Softcell LD Geo before 4.0.0.7 allows remote attackers to access other user accounts. The API-based login accepts repeated OTP guesses without restricting excessive failed attempts. The attack requires network access to the login API and repeated OTP submissions; successful guessing grants access as another user.
