Authenticated file disclosure via path traversal
Published Oct 1, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2026
Path traversal in FreePBX OSS Endpoint Manager 14.0.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server files. Endpointman_Advanced.class.php appends the unvalidated file_package request value to its export path instead of reducing it to a basename. Access requires an account authorized for the module, prior creation of the export directory, and user interaction; reads use the webserver process's permissions.
