Internal resource access via unchecked redirects

SSRF in LobeHub LobeChat before 1.19.13 allows remote authenticated users to access internal resources through the proxy endpoint. The src/app/api/proxy/route.ts handler validates only the supplied URL's initial destination, then follows redirects without rechecking the resolved target. High-privilege access to the network-reachable endpoint is required; successful requests can reach loopback or private-network services visible to the server.
