Authenticated report-data disclosure via missing permission checks
Published Feb 26, 2025 · Updated Mar 12, 2025
Improper authorization in Mautic 1.0.1 through 5.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to read all report data through the API. ReportApiController::getEntityAction retrieves and returns a requested report without enforcing report view or view-other permission against its creator. Any API-authenticated account can therefore read non-System Reports owned by other users, regardless of its assigned Reporting Permissions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
