SSRF and path traversal in czim/file-handling before 1.5.0 and 2.x before 2.3.0 allow remote attackers to read local or remote data. The makeFromUrl and makeFromAny paths treat URL-like input as retrievable content, accepting file URIs for local paths and HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP destinations without a restrictive validator. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled input to either method, exposing readable local files or causing server-side requests.
