CVE-2024-47045

Local privilege escalation via registry-directed DLL loading

Published Sep 26, 2024 · Updated Sep 26, 2024

Privilege chaining in the National Tax Agency e-Tax common-program installer allows local users to execute a malicious DLL with elevated privileges. The installer permits a registry alteration to redirect its privileged DLL loading to an attacker-supplied library.
