Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in One Page Express Companion 1.6.37 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through shortcode attributes. The one_page_express_contact_form rendering path accepts user-supplied attributes without sufficient sanitization or output escaping, causing the values to enter page content. Contributor-level access is required to store a payload, which executes in a visitor's browser whenever the injected page is viewed.
