Remote memory disclosure via unchecked cell-broadcast language

An out-of-bounds read in Google Android's SMS component allows remote attackers to disclose memory through a crafted cell broadcast. The sms_ExtractCbLanguage function in sms_CellBroadcast.c parses a language field without checking its bounds and reads beyond the supplied buffer. No execution privileges or user interaction are required, but exposure is limited to supported Pixel devices containing the affected SMS implementation.
