Local privilege escalation via insecure ACPM default

Privilege escalation in the ACPM component of Google Android kernel allows local users to gain elevated privileges without interaction. Google identifies an insecure default value in ACPM but has not published the affected setting or the operation that consumes it. A local user with existing low privileges can obtain higher privileges on supported Pixel devices without additional execution rights.
