Local privilege escalation via uninitialized kernel data

Arbitrary write in Google Android kernel ACPM code allows local users to escalate privileges through uninitialized data without user interaction. pmucal_rae_handle_seq_int in flexpmu_cal_rae.c uses uninitialized data while handling a PMU calibration sequence, enabling an arbitrary kernel write. Low-privileged local access is required; successful exploitation grants elevated privileges without further execution privileges.
