Authenticated HTML injection via unescaped VLAN identifier

HTML injection in Observium CE 24.4.13528 allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary markup via a crafted VLAN request. The html/pages/vlan.inc.php page inserts the vlan_id parameter directly into a VLAN heading without HTML encoding. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to follow a malicious link, causing attacker-supplied markup to load in that user's browser.
