Stored XSS via unescaped Elementor widget parameters
Published May 18, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in UAPP Testimonial Carousel For Elementor 10.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. Multiple widget render methods output the show_line_text and slide_button_hover_animation settings without adequate escaping after Elementor accepts contributor-controlled content. Contributor-level access is required; the stored script runs in the browser of anyone opening an affected page and can act within that viewer's session.
