Stored XSS in Backstage before 1.10.13 allows attackers to execute scripts in a victim's browser via crafted TechDocs storage content. The TechDocs backend returns static HTML fetched from configured storage, but published material does not disclose which validation or transformation step lets executable content bypass JavaScript removal. Exploitation requires control of TechDocs storage and a victim who browses the documentation or follows an attacker-provided link.
