Physical memory read and write via PMR use-after-free

Use-after-free in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.13 RTM through 24.2 RTM1 allows local users to read and write freed physical memory. PMRUnlockSysPhysAddressesLocalMem releases memory backing an on-demand PMR without safely excluding later GPU access on PCI local-memory systems. Non-privileged software can invoke the affected GPU system calls, exposing stale physical memory to unauthorized reads and writes.
