Topology poisoning via follower datastore writes

Improper authorization in OpenDaylight MD-SAL through 13.0.1 allows attackers controlling a follower to configure network flow entries. A follower can write poisonous entries to its replicated flow-table datastore, and consensus causes the leader to deploy them despite the follower's read-only switch role. Exploitation requires control of a clustered controller and can falsify discovered topology, redirect traffic through an eavesdropping point, or evade network monitoring.
