Arbitrary file read via post-validation path mutation

Path traversal in Sitecore XP, XM, and XC 8.0 through 10.4 Initial Release allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The bundle.js endpoint validates a mapped path and file suffix before ScriptHost strips a fragment marker, allowing a path ending in %23.js to resolve to a disallowed file. No authentication is required, but exploitation needs the absolute installation path; reading web.config can expose machine keys that enable follow-on code execution.
