Code execution via incomplete pre-boot integrity validation

Improper integrity validation in Diebold Nixdorf Vynamic Security Suite 4.3.0 SR01 and earlier allows attackers to execute code. The pre-boot Linux integrity process checks only indexed files and does not reject an immutable /root, so its cleanup fails and a modified .profile survives. Exploitation requires offline write access to the unencrypted Linux partition; startup then runs the retained profile as root, exposing disk-encryption keys and control of Windows.
