Arbitrary file read via unnormalized request paths

Path traversal in SHIRASAGI before 1.19.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files via crafted HTTP paths. Several controllers consumed request.path directly; the fix routes those values through SS.request_path so traversal segments are normalized before use. Exploitation requires direct external access to Unicorn and a client that preserves the crafted path; Nginx-fronted deployments are not affected.
